Monique Ménard

A proud Franco-Ontarian and Métis, Monique Ménard has worked in the field of education, leadership, and organizational development for nearly 30 years.

Passionate about the success of individuals within organizations and the development of Francophone institutions, Monique Ménard has served on and chaired various groups, including the Association des gestionnaires de l’éducation franco-ontarienne (AGÉFO), the Council of Ontario Directors of Education (CODE) and the Conseil ontarien des directions de l’éducation de langue française (CODELF). She currently sits on the Standards of Practice and Education Committee.

Her interest in developing the full potential of staff members has guided her training as an MBTI II, DISC and Good Governance practitioner. She holds a teaching certificate, principal’s qualification, supervisory officer’s certificate, and a master’s degree in Leadership and Evaluation. She also holds a certificate in Business Administration and Executive Leadership.

Ms. Ménard has been a member of boards of directors and community associations since 2005. She is currently managing various projects and collaborating on strategic planning and leadership development with various public and private organizations as an educational, leadership, and organizational development consultant.
